With BRL-CAD's build prerequisites installed, select this repository host when configuring. BRL-CAD passes it to the dependency build automatically. See the repository's INSTALL instructions for platform requirements and build options.

Clone bext with its submodules

The recorded submodule URLs retain their original GitHub addresses. This command directs BRL-CAD submodule downloads to this host for the clone and its recursive operations.

  clone --recurse-submodules https://git.brlcad.org/BRL-CAD/bext.git

For an existing bext checkout, use the same mapping for updates:
