1. Install VS 2017 from  https://www.visualstudio.com/thank-you-downloading-visual-studio/?sku=Community&rel=15&page=workloadstext#
2. Download FreeCADLibs_11.0_x64_VC12.7z from source forge
3. Extract the Libpack to a directory on your hard drive
4. Install Git
5. Create a directory in my laptop for downloading Source
6. Use Git clone to download source
7. Install CMake
