Description: NOTE: LibreCAD is not a part of BRL-CAD. LibreCAD has its own design and resources!

Design and create a simple website for http://librecad.org/.
Many information on the current website is doubly present on other resources. Thus a simple onepager should be adequate to link to these resources.
The website should serve multiple devices desktop/notebook/mobiles.

- don't use foreign resources with proprietary licenses
