Sfurti,
This is a good start and you just might be the first person to submit a women's design too, so thank you for that! That said, it feels like this was rushed without too much effort. Can you explain the rationale behind the flames/antlers over the logo and the choice of colors on the logo?
Please take a look at some of the other completed t-shirt designs and see if you can see some room for improvement. One suggestion is that the text and logos are too low on most of them -- most people don't like having words and pictures on their belly... The choice of font (some sort of stencil font) is a bit undesirable too.
Also, please submit a png preview along with your psd working files.

I found that the moose is the mascot for brl-cad, so i wanted to incorporate it into my design.
My rationale behind choosing these particular colours was that the brl - cad logo features the colours pink and black.Since the background of these t shirts is black, I have changed the colour black to blue, because i think blue represents creativity, which is an intregal part of brl-cad.
Also, I've changed my fonts to either designers block or terminator 2 which i think better reflects the work of the brl - cad community.
Do let me know your feedback on these submissions as well,I would be happy to incorporate any improvements you propose...
Thank you.

Sfurti, thank you for the improvements! You clearly put a lot of time and effort into your design and I do appreciate seeing the rationale behind your design decisions. There's undoubtedly room for improvement, but there always is and the basic idea you've submitted here is interesting. Hope you'll join our news mailing list to keep tabs on our design efforts and hope you will try a few more design tasks! Thanks!
