This task involves creating a general template that can be used for BRL-CAD presentations. Use any presentation technology you are comfortable with. It can be some offline software like libreoffice impress or any online applications like google docs, zoho docs, etc.
The output of this task would be a pdf of all the necessary slides in the template and the original raw files.
Be creative. Make it beautiful and awesome. ;)

Could you make the background photo in such a way which does not inhibit the proper viewing of text?
The background logo is too loud prevents anyone from focusing on the presentatation.

Rishi, your presentation looks a little bit poor, especially the title page. There isn't even a logo. Furthermore, you should give some examples for slides with text only, text with images, tables, etc..

From where can I get the data for my presentation or I should get it from last year's tasks ?
You could use "The quick brown fox ...", "Lorem ipsum ..." or something similar. Or you could try to get inspiration from http://brlcad.org. The texts, lists (tables) and images there.
