Design a new website favicon! #8BRL-CAD

This task is pretty simple: design our favicon!
You can use our logo or come up with some other CAD-relevant iconography that is visually interesting and understandable. You MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL with this task.
Aliasing artifacts, fuzzy scaled images, and ugly designs will not be acceptable. ;) The icon must work especially well at 16x16 but may be in other/multiple sizes too.
Bonus points appeal if you base your work on something rendered with BRL-CAD, but this is not necessary.

PankajBora, this looks good (looks GREAT at 8x8) but is a bit fuzzy. Can you make it more crisp, more well-defined edges?

I like your effort but we already had rotating brl-cad logo as a favicon submission. You may want to try something different and innovative.

Sir, I made favicon 3 by using gimp. In a new blank image of resolution 16x16 I imported image of brlcad logo and scaled it to a smaller size. Duplicated it multiple of times. In each layer I used fuzzy select tool to first select the black part of logo and then used the rotation tool and kept the centre of rotation at the centre of upper maroon circle of logo and rotated it. Did the same for the maroon part. I did this for each layer and then made copies of background and merged each 'logo layer' with a background, mentioned the delay, tested my animation and exported it as .gif with forever loop.
Sir, for the 360 animation I would like to do another animation. But no animation tasks are available right now. I you post some then I would definitely work on it
