BRL-CAD has a relatively new logo and the website is undergoing major changes. So this re-branding of BRL-CAD also requires a good, well designed and attractive cover photo for the BRL-CAD's Facebook page and other social media facades. It should feature a good tagline (our official is "open source solid modeling") or showcase some killer feature of BRL-CAD, BRL-CAD's new logo and/or some illustration/image regarding the feature highlighted.
It should be consistent with the color scheme of our new website design. Please avoid a military-centric theme and cheesy bylines (you can use "Open Source Solid Modeling" or something else simple). Make it look impressive, awesome. Be simple, but be awesome.

Submit one image of the banner image by itself and another example mock-up image showing how it will look on our Facebook page. Any image format will do just fine.

Ilkin,
You design is impressive but need following things:
Little description (tag line) about what BRL-CAD is and what it does.
Mockup image to show how it looks on facebook page.
I would like to see "BRl-CAD" in 3D.

Love it Ilkin! This is one of the most creative and well-executed banners I've seen to date! Love the words coming out of the paper. Just brilliant.
Only issue is where the background image came from? Did you draw/create that or if you found it on the web, where is it from? We just need to make sure we have redistribution/use rights.
Desgin is simply awesome but the tag line or brief description lacks readability.
Also, if you make the text in the top left more readable, would you move it up slightly so that it's not obscured on the facebook preview since that's how it'll actually show?

Ilkin, that looks a lot better but now I notice that the .psd file is just the jpg in a psd layer. It's not actually an "editable" format. What is your raw working format? Whatever that is, that's what you should also submit. If we need to make changes -- to the text in the corner, for example, or change the logo -- an editable format will be needed.
That brings me to two more changes. The position of the words on the page look better now, but you're using the British spelling of 'modeling' and our convention is to use the U.S. spelling (i.e., modeling not modelling). Also, BRL-CAD has been under development for over 30 years now, not 20.

In prewiew image i add lenc effect but in psd file i can not add this effect because all layer is 3d
Ilkin,
I'm confused. You changed the design -- not asking you to change the design. What you had in logo4 was nearly perfect. It just wasn't editable.
This new version is sort of editable now that there are layers in the psd file, but it's more like you tried to re-do the entire design in photoshop. The text on the paper is already composited as is the 3D "CAD" raising out of the paper.
Can you explain how (exactly) you made logo4? If you used 3D software or was it made entirely in photoshop or some combination? The more detail the better.
Again, not asking you to re-do anything now. Just wanting the file(s)/data you're actually using to create the image, however it was put together.. :)

Ilkin, I think you're still not understanding but I think we can just call this complete since you're going in circles. If you used sketch-up and photoshop and a special 3d program, I was asking you to submit THOSE files. That is, a sketch-up file, a photoshop file, and whatever your special 3d program uses for files. Basically, whatever raw WORKING FILES you used, that is what you should have submitted.
We'll try to make these work, but without the ability to edit them (Just like YOU) we might not be able to use them. Should you finally understand, you're welcome to submit any working files that haven't been submitted to devs@brlcad.org
Regardless, thank you again for your efforts and patience. This is an excellent design. I just wish you understood what submitting your working files means. :)
Congratulations, this task has been completed successfully.
Ok thank you
