This task involves creating a general template that can be used for BRL-CAD presentations. Use any presentation technology you are comfortable with. It can be some offline software like libreoffice impress or any online applications like google docs, zoho docs, etc.
The output of this task would be a pdf of all the necessary slides in the template and the original raw files.
Be creative. Make it beautiful and impressive. ;)

but it's hard to imagine how normal presentation slides would look like (from the PDF). I see 3 examples for title pages, one for a diagram and one for an image.
Could you please give an example for a presentation with one title and ca. 4 other slides? You could take one of the presentations from here: http://brlcad.org/wiki/Users_group_presentations and apply your design to it. (I.e. only some slides.)
