This is good start by we expect a more creative design. You changed BRL-CAD logo (put eyes in logo) that is unaccepted. We expect some more 3D things rather than 2D shapes. I suggest to illustrate the BRL-CAD's capabilities and keep the sticker clean.

Your latest design is better than previous one. But why you wrote "Geometry Viewer"? I suggest to write brief description to explian what BRL-CAD is and what it does. It can be a single line.
Choose beautiful colours, give shades, give them realistic look. Keep edges sharp and clean.

Alexandra, you were closer to something acceptable with your first attempt but this obviously still needs some work. Following with Harmanpreet's suggestion, perhaps you can try to use some our rendered shapes. There are many available for you to use here:

You might also find something interesting you could use if you just rummage around in http://brlcad.org/tmp/ too, but a lot of it is certainly not useful.
I really like how you used a phone image background to conceptualize the image. Perhaps use a popular phone (an android, iphone, or ipad background) and stick to just one of our two logos: the informal (moose) or formal (links).
