Title: Extruded bitmap (EBM) images from database object, read user input (task #2 of 5)
Description: For this second task, implement logic for the mged 'in' command, used when creating new objects.  The guts to the 'in' command are in src/libged/typein.c where you'll need to update the ebm_in() function to prompt the user for whether data is coming from a file or object, and then store the result in the new datasrc field.  See dsp_in_v5() for an example that is very similar.
